We allow you to track your treatments, submit photographs, leave product reviews, and chat with us through the Service. As such, we may collect information that you submit to us through these features. This information includes the products you have used, the treatments you have received, photographs, product reviews, and the content of any message you send to us.

Orders may take 24-48 hours to process (or longer, on average 48-72 hours, during peak seasons/holidays). Orders placed after 11pm PST on Friday, may not go out until the following Monday. Some carriers/areas exclude Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Delays within our shipping partners are beyond our control. FEDEX published its COVID-19 response here, UPS published its COVID-19 response here, while USPS is following guidelines published by the CDC - response here.
To request expedited delivery, please submit an email donnarn@endlessbeautymedspa.com to troubleshoot any shipping questions. Depending on time of day, or weekends, expedited shipping may possibly go out the following day or that Monday for pick up. This may mean an overnight delivery can take up to 2-3+ days before an item is scanned for pick up and delivery.

**REFUNDS**
COURSES:
Refunds for master courses are subject to 30-day money-back guarantee when requested 30days prior to start of course.
Online Master courses are non refundable

We want our patients and customers to love their EBskinMD purchase. If you are not totally satisfied, Havenhands PLLC provides a 30-day money-back guarantee upon receipt of the product. All EBskinMD returns are subject to validation and approval by EBskinMD and must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product. Note: EBskinMD Rx products are specifically excluded from this guarantee.
State and Federal law prohibit the return of prescription medication. This ensures that the medication is maintained properly and has not been tampered with. As such, EBskinMD does not accept returns or provide refunds for EBskinMD Rx. If the pharmacy receives your order back, they are required to make sure it is properly discarded. Do not throw away unused or expired drugs. Do not flush down the toilet or pour down the drain unless you are told to do so by your healthcare provider. Check with your pharmacist if you have questions on the best way to throw away your medication. There may be take-back programs.
**RETURNING AT AN Endless Beauty Med Spa LOCATION:**
Bring your return to your nearest Endless beauty med spa location and tell them you ordered online, showing proof of purchase (order slip or email with order number) and provide the email address and phone number used for the order. Items returned at an Endless beauty med spa location may take 24 business hours to process.
**ORDER PROCESSING:**
Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days, Monday - Friday. Orders may be processed the same day if submitted before 9 am PST. Excludes weekends and major holidays. Orders placed over the weekends/holidays are placed the next business day. EBskinMD is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages or for any delay caused by default of the shipping carrier. EBskinMD is responsible for orders only until they leave the fulfillment center warehouse facility. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
Standard processing time takes approximately 24-72 hours to process; business days excluding weekends and holidays.
**SHIPPING TIME FRAME:** 3-7 business days (excludes weekends/major holidays).
**ORDER STATUS:**
Order status is sent to customers via the provided email. Some carriers may not show tracking information for up to 24-72 hours after the tracking has been assigned and/or has shipped.
**LOST ORDERS:**
If you have a lost/stolen order, please reach out to donnarn@endlessbeautymedspa.com and provide details along with the items missing and the Order number. Replacements are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of ebskinmd.com. A signature is required for reshipped items.
**ITEM AVAILABILITY:**
If an item is out of stock at the time of your order or usual subscription occurrence, you will be notified via your provided email and will not be charged until the item is back in stock and ships. Exclusive promotional skincare kits are excluded if the item has sold out, and the subscription promotional item(s) will be removed from the order and processed. Occasionally items in an order placed on ebskinmd.com are canceled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:
- Item not available.
- Shipping information not valid.
- Payment errors.

**CANCELED SUBSCRIPTIONS:**
Subscriptions must be canceled prior to receiving the next shipment. Refunds will not be issued for subscription cancellations once the product has shipped.
**SPLIT PACKAGES:**
EBskinMD Rx orders come from a third-party pharmacy. Your Rx will arrive as a separate package. For standard beauty products, your package may arrive in separate packages if processed from available inventory inside EBskinMD locations. Tracking will be sent for any split packages to the email provided.
DISCOUNTED TREATMENTS:
At Endless Beauty Med Spa, we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits, and risks associated with each treatment. We offer individual treatment as well as significantly discounted treatment package options so each client may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget. Deals you find on www.endlessbeautymedspa.com may display various prices, including strikethrough prices, and may advertise certain discount percentages and savings amounts.
Discounted services as well as gift cards are non-refundable at all Endless Beauty Med Spa clinics. Services purchased during a promotion will not be eligible for a full refund, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Endless Beauty Med Spa, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at Endless Beauty Med Spa. If you’re not a candidate for a treatment, you can use the dollar value towards any other treatment of your choice. Please also note that all treatment sales made during a promotion or a discounted rate (such as, but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, facials, body contouring services, or peels) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed. It applies to both purchases made online and in-store. As all purchases are final, we are unable to offer refunds. Please note that aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results, and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed -- not for a specific result. If you bought our services offering on Groupon, Giltcity, or any other 3rd party platform, you will need to contact them should you have any issues with your purchase. Voucher codes or orders may not be resold, transferred or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. The expired promotional voucher can still be used, and the extra fee for extension will be applied upon redeeming the voucher (extra fee = original price - voucher purchase price).
RETAIL PRODUCTS:
For Skin and Hair Care Products, all sales are final, however, should you have a skin reaction to one of the products, it can be returned for a partial refund within 7 days of purchase due to shipping and restocking fees. GIFTCARDS:
If you're returning a gift card, the value is credited to the original form of payment, such as the credit card used for the purchase.
ONLINE ORDERS:
Some treatments will display two price amounts and a discount percentage for each listed deal option. Prices for some services, such as injectables, massages, and other skin fixes services, may fluctuate depending on the add-ons. Prices for these categories represent the standard sale price for these services. If you believe a particular deal has inaccurate information about an offer value, please notify us by email at donnarn@endlessbeautymedspa.com.
The savings percentage ( for instance “10% OFF”) represents the percentage discount of the Endless Beauty Med Spa price off of the represented offer value. It may not be the lowest available price. In certain cases, additional fees may apply and be charged either at checkout in the clinic or at the time the order is redeemed or service is rendered. These amounts are not reflected in the price or the savings percentage online. When browsing deals by category or using Endless Beauty Med Spa’s search function, you may see the words “Starting at” in front of the listed green price. This means that there are multiple deal options and/or price points, which you will find by clicking to view the deal page. Occasionally, Endless Beauty Med Spa will offer special flash sales where, for a limited time, Endless Beauty Med Spa will offer discount deals. During a special flash sale, deals may have been price fluctuations over that time.
The limited-time additional discount representation (“Extra $2 Off” or "Extra 10% Off") indicates the difference between the limited-time sale price and the green median price that the deal was offered for sale on Endless Beauty Med Spa over the previous thirty (30) days. The red price is not necessarily the lowest price at which the product has been or will ever be offered, and it is not a clearance price.
