IPL treatment for brown spots

This initiative allows us to:

• Support practitioner training and experience
• Build long-term funding and referral partnerships

As partnerships grow, program access may expand through sponsorships, grants, and institutional referrals.

The Community Access Tattoo Removal Program is a referral-based initiative designed to reduce visible barriers to employment, safety, and reintegration for individuals rebuilding their lives. Through trusted community partnerships, we provide clinically supervised, low-cost laser tattoo removal while maintaining sustainable, high-quality care

• Limited to 2–6 program participants per month
• Appointments scheduled during designated program blocks
• Attendance and compliance are required to maintain eligibility

This is a sponsored access program, not a free service.

• Program rate: $125 per session
• Fees may be covered by:
  
  • The participant
  • The referring organization
  • A sponsor or grant (when available)

• One high-impact tattoo per participant
• Priority given to visible areas that may affect employment or safety (hands, forearms, neck, face)

Program Limits

• Maximum tattoo size: up to 10 square inches
• Sessions included: up to 4 sessions
• Treatment intervals determined by clinical protocol

Additional sessions may be continued at preferred program pricing.

This program is available by referral only and supports individuals connected to verified organizations, including:

• Reentry and workforce development programs
• Survivors of human trafficking or domestic violence
• Veteran support organizations
• Youth exiting gang involvement or diversion programs

Self-referrals are not accepted.
